As your coach, I can help with distress tolerance, stress regulation, coping skills, and enacting skills you’ve learned in your recovery journey or with other providers in live time. I use an Exposure Response Prevention approach to help you manage the distress that arises in these challenging situations to move through it with confidence and support.
